Yep all different to the last time, but as said that was ages ago. The two things I never saw this time was: - bid too low notification (I had that once although guide price was zero) - been outbid before and got a notification Anyway here's to hoping as typically I found them ok to deal with the few times i bought stuff

Just curious as been watching the clock tick down on the tender all day as had a confirmed bid in on something. But now after the time everything in the website i.e. current bid, unsuccessful bid is blank...... is this normal? Also didn't get any notifications: Notification that you have been outbid Confirmation that you have won/lost an auction/tender. Notification of new items listed on the website based on your bidding preferences Last time I bought anything it was before the new version of the website, so curious if they update later or its fffffffffff as last time, way back in 2008 they sent an email, fairly quickly

yep that correct.... I have several pictures in the Port Dickson thread. From other pictures of the accident it has either veered into the concrete barrier at speed or the front rh wheel has snapped off. The other pictures have a lot of gore in them as looks like 2 occupants were thrown out. I cant see the turret hatches so perhaps it slid on its roof at one point........ no good either way

It's apparently in a fertilizer factory in Kuala Lumpur. It's nice or perhaps sad to see an old bit of machinery from a defunct company sitting in a shed in Malaysia.

I got sent some pictures of a narrow gauge Hudswell locomotive today and after a bit of a search around I found this company did some military related work. Also it is not listed as a surviving example. I sold it shortly after the trip to finance a bigger vehicle for another go at crossing Australia as wanted a bit more space, as sleeping on a picnic table and the ground was a bit too gung ho. But that was now nearly 6 years ago and 3 MV projects later I still haven't gone on the long drive. Now onto my 4th MV project, hopefully this one will be the next overland vehicle (or the missus will kill me ).

Welcome. That's a broad range. I guess both are brick shaped which is a good shape for a MV. Keeping an eye on ebay and milweb gives you plenty of ideas [ATTACH=CONFIG]93671[/ATTACH] I had a drive out Westmorland way recently and is an interesting landscape (as I live in Malaysia its different )

Yep easy way to check the gauges on a rover is easy as all you need to do is earth them i.e. the sender unit is a variable resister so when the tank is full it has less resistance. So if you connect the terminal that goes to the sender to earth the needle should go to full. I cant see how it can go opposite unless the sender is somehow wired up in reverse ie becoming less resistant as it empties. Anyway if you check the gauge and it works, then you can fiddle with the sender.
