I.D. this tin ?

Just been given this small tin measuring 21x11x7cms any idea of the nationality & period, I'm guessing from the contents list that it might be to doing with radio equipment.

I notice on the printed list the term 'PLEASE see......' I have never seen that word before on military kit.
