john1950
It depends, Brush or Spray or Airless. Then the individual painter how thick he has each coat or the temperature. Or how much thinners is used. Nothing is simple. Thinners is to help the paint through the gun and to start the hardening process of the paint. ArtistsRifles
I painted my 109" by brush - bought a 5 litre can of satin Green and used approx half of that with 2 coats on the exterior and interior.
Tony B
For brush paintaing a canvas top I'd reckon on 3 litre, leaving a bit for touching up. An enamel paint roller gives a good finish.
