rapier rob Posted April 12, 2006 Share Posted April 12, 2006 AND squirt some Molyslip in the box just in case your levels get low The first show of the season usually finds me under the motor checking all levels and topping up/changing oils where neccesary. This year its the above, plus a paint brush and a saucepan of Waxoyl for the chassis.... We also found the water leak..it was coming from this fitting to the bottom of the rad.. John should have it at Coalhouse Fort on Sunday. Remember CHECK YOUR FLUIDS!! . Have you had the opportunity to drive it around yet? Richard Richard Thanks for the tip and all the advice. Saved taking the entire unit out which would have held me up for most of the show season. The Old girl is selecting better than ever and seems all Ok on the test run today. Tomorrow will be a 20 mile run to check it again and all should be hunky dory.
