Higgins kpt.
Nice work Tom.....really "Hot Rod" style.....making a two door out of a four door:-D Alex Hi Alex, Joke, Joke, dont like Hot Rod, problem with doors was rusty, rusty and old very poor repair, and second problem doors from Austin 10, have different size, and here is my idea - doors cut into seven pieces and build new doors, becouse I dont know how buy or make pair Tilly doors. Maybe buy one more Austin Tilly.... I am pleased that you are interested in my work ! Tom
abn deuce
I thought you were very clever in finding a way to replace the very rusted door , if one did not see the steps you took then you would think the door was completely original thats a great restoration. austintilly
Hi Tom, Love how your Tilly is coming together. It's hard to find Tilly doors. I think your solution is superb. I've made the interior of the doors from some "woodboard". It's the kind used between metalsheets. Do you have the winding mechanism for the windows?
