Hello from Yorkshire

I've viewed this forum on many occasions so I thought it was about time I joined.

 

My name is Ian Scales and I own/manage the RAF MT Drivers website, I recognise a few names on here including Ted and Les, Hi Guys.

 

I own the Green Goddess which is displayed at the Yorkshire Air Museum (I know only a minority were military but I thought it was worth a mention), this is the same vehicle that I drove in the 1977 dispute.

 

Amongst having an interest in all RAF MT vehicles I have a particular interest in the Queen Mary trailer. I have quite a large collection of pictures, but as some will infringe copyright laws they will have to remain private - sorry. I am currently building a 1/15th scale model of the QM from measurements taken from the exhibit at the YAM.
