MatchFuzee
Is this one of the suppliers that you have tried? C7/16040 PISTON - BIG 4 - 0.040 OVERSIZE - WITH RINGS, PIN & CIRCLIPS Claim '99.9% of everything we list is in stock at any one time' https://www.norvilmotorcycle.co.uk/cylpiston.htm Edited July 27, 2022 by MatchFuzee
79x100
Norton introduced a prefix letter for machines and parts in 1946..."C" indicates 1948 which would mean that this is for the 82x113 alloy head engine rather than the 82x120 cast iron motor...The piston may well have changed. markyakyak
Thanks Matchfuzee and 79x100 yes I looked at that one but its not compatible with the 633cc All sorted now piston as arrived and I got the rings from cox + turner. Can any one recommend who is best to send the magneto to for rebuild, I have used D.H.day in the past, very good but top dollar.
79x100
Whereabouts are you ? If Tony Cooper is still taking new work then you won't get a better job for a fair price.
