Rubber that runs between the radiator and cap (photos below - 2.5m length. 2 inches width and 1 inch diameter outside circle). I have no connection to them but they have a huge number of standard profiles and I have found them easy to deal with. It shows a seal that shape, they call it "Tad pole Section" Unfortunately it's half the size you need. They do, however, advertise the ability to reproduce any size and shape as a bespoke order.
