I see that he has a group of people looking out and finding things for him across Europe. How does he manage to get people to sell things to him as from my personal experiences, if a French farmer realises that he has something that you might want, that is an excellent reason for not parting with it. Occasionally we see reports of military vehicles being dragged up from swamps and rivers in Russia, lost after they tried to cross a semi frozen surface.
