Thanks Ian - could you tell Karl not to be so young please :computerterror: wonderful tank and only one Jimmy

Great pictures of the trench - that is something unique isn't it?

I can't say I have ever seen anything like it before even at war and peace show so hats of to the WW1 guys for such a fantastic display.

They are very keen to extend the trench and do even more ready for next years show.

........any plans of a Bunker Bash travelling road show??? :-D :-D

Something to discuss when we have recovered from this one Jack ;-)

Just to let all know planning is already underway for next year with improvements and some possible features ..........mum's the word at the moment though

Once again, if any who attended have comments either good or bad please let me know by PM and we will try to act on them if its in our power to do so.

It is our hope to build on the good work already in place and your input is appreciated.

Great pictures by the way guys and who knows Jack, maybe there might be a picture of your Jimmy at next years bash :naughty:

Ok I've finally woke up a bit  a tiring few weeks getting everything ready & a bit of a hectic weekend but well worth it, must admit I was panicking a wee bit about Wednesday last week after two days of rain & the entrance into the main field & arena were just mud pits & we were told that the site owners were going to leave it until Friday night to see what the weather was like before deciding what they were going to do with them.. I think the tiredness finally got to me & I'm sorry to say I kicked off a bit but it seemed to have the desired effect & the entrances were sorted next morning.. in the end we had the perfect weather :-D

I think the show is going to grow quite rapidly in the next few years & I know there will be problems on the way but nothing we can't sort out, as already have been said we need feedback from you guys, both poss & neg, also any suggestion you may have... & yes nearer toilets is number one on the list..

As JT said we have a couple of things in the pipeline which I suspect will be of interest to quite a few on here.. the reenactors have already booked their trenches for next year & we have already been approached by another two groups who want to attend & have trenches of their own...

Must apologise to the Bunker owner for blowing the crap out of his bins.. when I saw them sitting in the field next to the arena I thought those were the barrels he had donated for the Firepower display.. oops

Ok here's a few photos..

This weekend looks fantastic! The trenches are something I've never seen before, so massive and well stocked with men and materiel. For a minute I thought I saw Baldrick in there somewhere but I was mistaken.
