got it ! Rytecraft Scootacar 98cc 1937

 

Didnt these have the Villiers Junior engine in them, 98cc??

 

Same as used in the Welbike I believe.

 

Hows that for sexist.......Giving the Little Lady a little car....AND its soooo cute too:whistle:!!!!

Assuming that plate is still on that vehicle, I wonder if the current owner has ever seen that image?
