Help identify this please.

A friend recently found this and sent me pictures - I advised him to buy it because I thought it may be an Airbourne Para cart.

However, After a bit of interweb research, it seems another possibility is a Machine gun cart?

 

Or, of course it, may be a milk trolley from the 1960s.

 

Can anyone confirm what it is - and, what should I offer for it ?

I should mention that the tyres are made by Dunlop, and are marked 'Hand cart'

Similar one here, i dont think this was its official use though.

That photo is of an Australia Jungle Handcart. These were very necessary in New Guinea and the islands.

 

I have one and there are only a few in private hands.

 

I'll look out some photos when I get back home.
