I just get mine from my local oil supplier, Ask for a straight 90 with no EP additives safe to use with phospher bronze. Its just engine oil really. Straight 140 in the rear axle ( although some use a 90 / 140 in the rear and i know someone who uses 140 in everything front to rear except the engine of course

Word of warning re 140 in the gearbox, I know a few owners with worn boxes use it.

 

But in a good box, OK in summer, but if you go for a drive round on a really freezing new years morning like I did, expect your oil pressure gauge to read 15 before starting and be bending against the 25 psi stop at tickover forevermore!

 

I suspect it may even cause pump and other damage too when very cold.
