Was thinking of getting some snow chains due to the bad weather we are having, I have seen a few on ebay but the sizes tend to be in the normal sizing way, what size snow chains would I require. I have found plenty of snow chains for sale but the format the sizes are given do not match those on my tyre which is 6.00 x 16. As teenagers we where a bit bored, so when we spotted a girl in a Mini pickup about to drive off, for a larf, us cocky grinning yoofs lifted up the back a bit so she would get wheelspin and not be able to pull away...........it's hard to look cool laying all over the road! :??? :red: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Many regards Stewart. Hi just been onto Wallace Wade Tires in states and he has boxes of 4 pairs (obviously 2 pairs per jeep) at $66 a pair. Have asked for photos, not interested in what they look like as the vintage sets but that they work and are safe. Anyone fancy a set if I get them sent over? His reply- For 2 pair of chains they are $66.42 per pair. If you can use 4 pairs they would be a little bit less. They come 4 pair to a box.
