  1. Also don't forget some truck tyres are directional which would cause problems.
  2. No, it has been week and year for as long as I remember. There was some confusion with pre 2000 tyres which only had a single digit for the year.
  3. Does that suggest it was RAF at one time, I thought only they used electric trailer brakes?
  4. A Snail Brand ex WD open ended spanner, 15/16" at one end 1 1/8" AF at the other. The last digits of the NSN are 9106007 and it has the WD Broad Arrow with 1965 as the date. Looks to have had minimal use and foc to anyone who can collect or pay the postage.
  5. Hi Greg, I was unfamiliar with HEIC but my simple computer running Chrome had no problems opening them.
  6. If these are the correct ones they were used in Blaupunkt car radios, your local car audio dealer should have some.
  7. I think you have cracked it, scroll down to photo 56.
  8. Yes, both are 20t Meadows 6PC630 petrol engined Constructors, same engine as Explorer.
  9. Seeing as your current tyres are over 20 years old it would make sense to change them regardless of the regulations. Vraking in the Netherlands have new 12R20 Michelin XDY3 available but no price on the site. https://vrakking-tires.com/20-inch/680-1200r20-michelin-xdy3.html
  10. Working fine for me using Chrome.
  11. AB grader yes as it has walking beam suspension but LD55 no as it has conventional axles.
  12. So what other vehicles use them, overall chains need a fixed distance between axles and wheels must be kept in line? Pioneers, Explorers, Martians, Sentinels and dedicated off road plant are the only possibilities I can think of.
  13. How were you expecting to bleed the injector lines by using the lift pump?
  14. That makes sense, I remember using the overdrive as a top gear and it had a surprisingly high top speed.
  15. Remind me, do these have a 13 speed gearbox rather than the 9 speed Fuller fitted to the recovery? I seem to remember it was a 4l 4h with overdrive on 4h and a crawler. I nearly bought one from DC about 25 years ago and drove it at Bruntingthorpe but the cab was in a worse state than yours.
  16. Yes, but no blue 'change' against display name.
  17. Thanks Nick, I suspect the moderators have more advanced access to the site.
  18. Just looked into account settings Richard, there is no 'change' option for username, only email and password.

  20. What can the pump cope with Rob, do the rotors need some sort of lubrication as they would get from diesel?
  21. Just tried a vehicle search with DVLA and Q645 GFV comes up as cannot be found.
