  7. Now that I have rotated your photo of the Footman loop, I can see that it is squarer than the Eberhard ones.   19. You are right, the 30/20 refers to overbore & crank undersize. The K refers to where the engine was rebuilt but I don't know what plant the K stands for. Had it been S that would have been Solihull.
