I had found the link to the survey on the Austin Seven Friends' forum where some of the posts have been security related, although they have found that the survey can be submitted with just the first part of the post code.

When you cast a new tank could you have the inside anodised.
I have read that different methods have their own problems, from may crack at a temperature of 80 - 100c to will reduce the thermal efficiency of the aluminium but stand higher temperatures.
