  1. There is still a Carter W1 on ebay at 75£. I also thought the Cab 12 Chevy had a cramped engine compartment, but then I meet the Cab 11 Ford.

  11. Hi john I am guessing that you are looking for the big brass plate on the engine cover, where the controls are described. If you look through the scammell restoration blogs here on hmvf then there was one who had some made.

  15. Sorry had forgotten to reply, there are a number of bunker and occupation museums in Denmark mostly in Jutland, but non are vehicle related. There is a privat museum call gilleleje gruppen, which has a collection of mostly German stuff, i made a thread about their 251 half track here on hmvf, it can be view by appointment.

  22. A bren carrier is almost alway worth recovering, might not be worth restoring but the suspension parts, wheels, tracks etc. could be use full in other restorations.
