  12. REMEBER there are FOUR on a Dodge. One to rear axle, one each to front wheel cylinders, and one from under radiator to front axle. Those Optima do seem to be the answe, especially for 6 volt, they have a phenomnal cranking power and hold charge better.

  14. Hi Julian, I see your being pestered already.

  16. So now you young shavers know why the Mk 1 Transit was practically worshipped! :-D
  17. Ray, I think at the time a passenger seat was an 'extra'. :-D tie an old beer bottle crate in instead.
  18. Toot , toot to this thread then? (A long boring winter)
  19. Requirments for Dennis vehicle tests, so I'm told. A gallon of coolant, cable ties and gaffer tape. :-D The other 'obvious' often neglected, CHECK the coolant level over the next few days.
  20. Horse don't lie to you. They will always tell you what they are going to do. You just have to be good enough to read them.
  21. Depends on the tyope of paint. Freezing the packs may cause it to flake off. Bit of advice? Put the thing in a plastic bag first. Failure to do so can lead to domestic disharmony.
