Obviously I had a good selection of smellies and lotions. I also had camo patterned pumps for walking round shows in comfort, the only slightly MV related item I received! I did however get my own cordless drill and an industrial steam iron from the cubedmeister. Both of which I was genuinely overwhelmed at getting. Let the drilling and ironing begin Edit:- Santa did buy the cubed one the ghosts of history calendar.

I can't wait!!! Since then I've had more choccies, more smellies, a dinner service and a new steam iron!!!!! I've done really well this year! Stress levels have been low, cubelets didn't get up till 0630ish. Lunch went well, just thrashed everyone at monopoly empire and squeezed a slice of home made crimbo cake down. Listening to the cubed one snoring away whilst boys sing along silently to headphones!!! Only 35 mins till doctor who!!!!!

Flash flooding here. It's currently high tide so water should recede back soon. Wind is F11 which doesn't help of course. We've lost half a tree so far, as far as we can see anyway. Will get the full picture tomorrow. Stay safe everyone. At this rate Father Christmas and his sleigh will be blown off course :-0

Was talking to the children today (at work) and we were discussing whether we had stars or fairies when one little cutie piped up and said "Rosie, we don't have a star or a fairy. We have an angel on our tree' Made me think, well yes I guess it is an angel and not really a fairy??? Still no Decs here, decided to redecorate staircase first...................... ho hum!

We have a fairy, she's beautiful! We have a real tree. I don't think we have any MV related decorations though. That could change though!!!
