Very windy here again. Environment agency issued flood warning. High tide due at 2230 quite a high tide, 4.6m. With a southerly wind and a low pressure it might push it higher. More wine needed please.

I think people are feeling the pinch at the moment so their money is being spent on other things which are deemed more important. However I don't think the interest has gone, ok we are biased but our 2 boys will always be interested and hopefully they will buy vehicles of their own. -
Well we survived! Gusts reported at F12 overnight. Only a small amount of damage that we can see from here at the moment. A TV Ariel is bent and twisted and our neighbours trampoline is now upside down and hugging the back of their car! Local news reporting trees down on the Island which is going to hinder the cubemeisters journey to work, not me though as it's half term.

It's picked up big time now. F9 (42.1kn) out at sea. Really really gusty here on the south coast.

Congrats Jack for quitting the smokes I know I like my bad habits to broken arrow but that's why it's a challenge!!!! No alcohol for a month is a huge challenge for me!!!!!

Stoptober is for mainly smokers who are trying to stop but many others have jumped on the band wagon and use it to stop or give up their bad habits.
