  1. Sounds good, maybe get the local press/tv involved, a great bit of PR for our hobby.
  2. Yep, warm the new hoses in hot water and maybe a little bit of grease inside the new hose, and don't forget, new, genuine clips as well.

  9. When I first got into the mv scene, I used various paints from various suppliers, it was a bit hit and miss to be honest. Now I stick with my local car paint supplier, ive used nato green/sand and various other colours and have had no problems.
  10. Hope sis gets well soon. Last year at w+p I fitted a reverse alarm to my landy, yet people still walked out behind me!

  17. Sounds good to me, just wondering what else is on august bank holiday.....
  18. In my landy, the gearbox oil uses ATF. 20/50 for the engine will be fine. EP90 for the axles.
  19. I'm putting a 2.5 petrol in my 110. My understanding is that when land rover put the 2.5 petrol engine in the 90/110 they used an electric fuel pump in the fuel tank. I also understand that the camshaft on the 2.5 petrol and 2.5 n/a diesel is the same. I have tried a mechanical fuel pump from a 2.5n/a diesel on the 2.5 petrol and the lever on the fuel pump does not seem to engage on the cam of the petrol engine, and yet, in theory it should. Any ideas? cheers richard
