  6. No problems. I did this parade around 5-6 years ago, early start, alot of waiting around and it was raining. We was not to far from the back of the parade and by the time we crossed the start point the head of the parade had finished and was on there way home. Its a good parade and worth doing. Just remember no drinking the night before.
  7. Here is a link http://www.londonparade.co.uk/ there is a contact section, hope this helps

  14. My Bedford is already "Air over Hydraulic" has a compressor mounted on the n/s and is belt driven, is that not the same on the AFS one
  15. I would say the Bedford RL is a bit to small for towing 9 tons, how about something like a Militant or Matador
  16. Over the last 8 years I have often parked my vehicle on my drive and have had no problems from the local council.
  17. Agree with the above but do check your licence as sometimes there will be an "information Code" next to the licence category like "number 107" which then states "Not more than 8250kg" that being the combined weight of vehicle and trailer.
  18. Hi Brendan, I still have the Bedford but the old man sold the GMC, he still wishes he had kept it. Hopefully catch up with you at a show sometime.
  19. Hi Brendan, Long time no see, last time i remember seeing you was at the West Bergholt show some years ago now, back when you had your GMC. Good to see you on the forum. Ian Bridge
  20. I was there saturday, arrived at 10am and took us 40mins to reach the cash desk. Agree regards the vehicles not many at all. Some good living history displays. On the whole it wasn't a bad show.
