    what with the freezing weather its a good time this weekend to chech your mvs antfreeze concentration tester from halfords etc is only a fiver , and by the way cheapest place i have found for antifreeze is the pound shop places works out at 10 quid for 5 litres.

    what is it about ferrets and cold weather that makes em leak, some may remember my trials and tribulation with my ferret fuel pump leaking well that got cured now it looks like lwr union ion pump is leaking ! oh and carb base gasket, can feel the blue hylomar coming out!

    also remember that in the final days of a lot of mv prior to disposal army maintanance was shall we say : that will do a trip:! my ferret can verify that, lots of pipes bolts etc treated with a somewhat cavalier attitude!

    whilst today giving the ferret its weekly warm up/batt charge with all hatches closed apart from drivers hatch noticed for the first time the increase in air flow past my face when engine was revved at 2500 rpm very noticable ,wonder when your driving what percentage is roadspeed wind blast and what is air feeding engine? any clever types know in litres air demand of b60 at max revs am guessing at 100,s of litres per min?:cool2:

    in the nid eightys u could ride any cc bike with a sidecar on l plates , once saw a z1300 6 cyl bike with a device called a sidewinder which was a token sidecar been ridden on l plates quite impressive let me tell u

    CON 1 quid plus vat !i take it your mv aint going to 40,000 feet, n2 larger molecules less likely to penetrate inner tube/tire wall less corrosive blah blah the tires will be fecked before u get any miniscule benefit

    from what ive seen at tire fitters using a bottle jack between tire and underneath of ferret might be a good way of breaking bead if you are doing a diy tire change
