  2. Thank you my dear chap. It was my little princess who took them with her mobile phone because I left my camera at home!!!:-)
  3. It is over 30 years since I last had anything to do with them but I would say that it is definately a Rootes Commer TS3 engine.
  4. Went to Haworth this morning to the 40's weekend and had an enjoyable time. Plenty of nice Jeeps, a nice Mack NO and many other well presented vehicles and people... Strange how there are always so many middle aged chaps dressed as US airborne soldiers...

  15. I had no idea that he was selling them... I used to pass them everyday on my way to work and an ex-girlfriend's parents owned the fish and chip shop adjacent to them. I have spent many a happy hour talking to the owner as he worked on his trucks. Lovely old lorries. The fish and chips were great as well (and they were free !!!):-)
  16. Hi there, and welcome. This pisses me off no end because I live on an island where respectable responsible people are not allowed to keep firearms so the only groups in posession of them are the crooks and the coppers and in all likelyhood you have more chance of been shot by the latter team... :-)
  17. Mark, is it better than it looks ?
  18. It was a good show this year, much better than last years. The catering is a little inadequate though. Many thanks to the MVT for organising such a great event... Nice to meet Jessie and Bodge and put faces to names :-).
  19. Does anybody know why Saddleworth is cancelled. I have just looked at the website and it simply says 'cancelled'. Does anybody know why? This is one of the best events in the north of England and it seems a shame:-(.

  22. The Tiger is an incredibly important link in the development of the Tank. As has been previously stated, The first GREAT tank that we developed, the Centurion was built to counter this tank. It was feared greatly by it's adversaries and was technically advanced. It was certainly not obese...
