  2. No, it will require a strip down and rebuild. Best to leave it alone.
  3. It will be the pressure relief valve in the gearbox. The one in my Sabre is noisy but it goes away in the higher gears.
  4. Some Saxon manuals here: https://www.greenmachinesurplus.com/bedford-9-c.asp
  5. CVR(W)…. You can remove the fuel sender and use a pump to suck it out the top. If you need to remove the tank it is a big job. I did this a couple of years ago and it doesn’t fit through the front hatch so it’s engine out or turret off… Chris
  6. The original post was 6 years ago, so I expect so!
  7. Empire Tyres.. https://m.facebook.com/p/Empire-Tyres-61552420073720/ Pretty sure they are out of stock at the moment. If Barry sees this he may comment if they’re doing another batch or not. I have them on my Dingo and they are good. Chris
  8. Does the noise go away if you select 5th gear when it’s idling?
  9. You can get everything you need including cables at lrseries.com
  10. That box in the last post is part of the crew briefing system used on Spartan and Warrior. The headsets which plug in to it do not have mics, it allows the guys in the back to listen to the intercom and have ANR but they can’t talk back. Unfortunately there is no way to use the Clansman kit to do what you need. If you want to communicate wirelessly with someone outside the vehicle through the intercom you’ll need a full 351 or 353 radio installation and the licence to operate it.
  11. There are no CVRTs still serving with the British army.

  13. If you do some searching on Google you can find a map of the clean air zones. It won’t hinder those of us going to Normandy.
  14. Diesel1 hasn’t visited this forum since April 2023.
  15. Everything for a Dingo is expensive, if you can find it..! I’ve just rebuilt my engine and decided I couldn’t put it back in without tidying up the dingo first so it’s now pretty much stripped for blasting and rewiring. If you need tyres the Empire tyres from Barry Ring are very good.
