Work go slowly, make all new Tilly body, oh, not easy....

But Tilly is Tilly ...

I bought my Tilly in February 2004. Het maiden trip was april 2010..... It takes time to restore such a vehicle. You can't compare it with the restoration of a Jeep.

Hi Arjan,

I know, I make few restorations Jeeps MB.....

Tilly is wood and tin, tin and wood,

my problem is missing parts or completely destroyed parts,

and I finished the rear fenders and make new side tin boxes.

Hi Tom,

Do you have the special locks for the cabinets of the Tilly?

Hi Arjan,

not, but see, this items is for sale on e-bay

I want to keep as many original parts, it is not easy,

floorboards remained the original, only three boards are new,

Thank you for your interest

Thanks for sending me the pictures Tom. I notice that some rear side locker lids are wooden and some (Like mine) are metal. Anyone know when this change took place? I also wonder what this thing is that is screwed inside my N/S lid?
