0 HotBed Posted May 25, 2009 Posted May 25, 2009 hi dave, on a 12volt system if the earth is the problem the guage will always read full, but i cant remember what it is if it reads empty all the time, i am assuming 24v is the same meeting tomorrow night, rod and brian will probably know see you tomorrow mate Quote
0 Tony B Posted May 26, 2009 Posted May 26, 2009 If you have a constant empty reading, the current isn't getting through. Short the gauge to earth it should read full. Despite what Land Rover say an extra wire from the tank float to a good earth is worth doing. Just a piece of wire. Quote

0 Tony B Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 Depends on what fault you find. Normally 'That will be expensive'. :-D Quote
