My Mum said, God pays his debts without money.unlike most of us who stray a little bit sometimes,this blokes complete disregard for the limit puts him in a different bracket.He was caught by the police proving that more police presence catches the

real speeders,cameras catch the ordinary bloke doing what humans do all the time.

making mistakes.No doubt it wont inconvenience him to much as he will have enough money to get round the problem,which he made helping this government fleece us.
