Grasshopper
Sunday 26th of April is "drive it" day. We are planning to take our CVRT Spartan out on the road for the first time in 4 years (and only the 4th time ever!). We will (hopefully) be going for a drive down the A22 from Croydon to Copthorne, as this puts the vehicle in a good position for a show a couple of weekends later. Anybody else taking a vehicle out to do something in?
Markheliops
Once I get the distributor back from Jolley Engineering - I shall be giving the Ward a spin to see how it has improved - first time it has been driven since Meyhem 08. What show are you going to Vince? Markheliops

84KB11
Sounds a good excuse for a drive (not that any of us need one!). I will take the Abbot for a run up the A38 near Gloucester.

Grasshopper
What time are you taking it out on the day? Don't know yet, all depends if it gets reassembled in time! (needs the carb sorted (currently in the boot of my car), needs some cosmetics done in drivers compartment, needs some suspension work, fuel tank cleaning out, fuel system re-pluming etc etc.....). Will let you know!

Think I will start a thread for it in the restorations section with some before and after shots of the painting.
