i have found some old photos and a few are ships, P36 with a sub next to it ,possible in gurnsey..and a big looking one with 3 funnels, any idea what these ships are,

i can find no dates, but in pencil on the back of the photo ofthe p36 , looks like kingfisher , could that be her name. would be interesting to find out as its a nice little photo, in really good condition.and yes it could be the queen mary,. thanks gents

thanks radiomike7, graet site, and thats the kingfisher, will be interested to find out her history. will try and work out the markings on the sub, thanks mate

hi gents the sub is H28 built by vickers 12th march 1918 sold 18th aug 1944 to be scrapped at Troon, believed to be coastal defence,??
