Cara
Come on then girls, let's find out what impressions we have on here ? I am one of three girls who re-enact the American Red Cross Clubmobiles in the ETO from 1944. We have makeshift Clubmobile at the moment but are also converting a GMC Workshop into a GMC Clubmobile. We have had our BD uniform made for us by Della Rebours. What does everyone else do ? Added as many as I can think of right now. Cheers, Cara x
Jessie The Jeep
On Behalf of Wifey, Lynne, I'll answer for her. For dances etc, she wears a WAC uniform. When it's colder she has WASP flying gear. Steve
berni
I can dress for many occasions depending on how I feel & what the weather is like. I can do the posh going out dress, fur & hat. day wear dress & cardy, hair pinned back working pinny/dress,hand knitted top, hair in head scarf & shopping basket. ATS coveralls with leather jerkin ( driver) I would class myself as portraying british housewife but last year at Beltring walking round with Russ dressed in his Afrika corps field Gendarmerie I had people saying how good it was to see a House frau. cheers Berni
