I thought it looked a bit odd when I first saw it too but the 4th pic is of the same tank and it must just be the way the pic was taken, bit of an optical illusion. If you both are talking about Spit Oil the 3rd pic is from a hill behind the tank so I was almost level with the top of the turret, the 4th is from the front at ground level.
