Jack
I maybe stupid but...... I am going to start to replace my tyres with Bar Treads, as and when. Now the question is, can I do two at a time - starting at the front and working back or do I have to do them all in one hit? Is this going to cause handling and breaking problems?? Many thanks Jack. 0 Mark
Put aside a day and do them all in one hit Jack, saves it looking silly as well. I assume you are taking them to a tyre fitter to be done ?
0 Jack
Yeah I hear you Mark - but would it make any difference to the handling? :dunno:
0 Mark
All girls drive on bar grips Jack...............ALL girls
0 Bodge Deep
It would make a difference to the handling at higher speeds. My mate was in the process of swapping his over (old bt's to new) & did them a bit at a time & the truck would get at frantic wobble at 40ish that was apparently quite alarming & hard to control... All new tyres going on were balanced, as were all old ones coming off, but the problem only occured when the tyre swapping started It looked quite odd as well following him with the back end skipping about all over... once all the tyres were done the problem stopped :dunno: All at once I'd have thought... or at least the back 8 at once (but then its only 2 more & you're done (minus spares o'course).
