44GPW
Hi Guys, Are there any "whats on and when" guides for this years Normandy commemorations? We have a small group going again this year and would like to start thinking about where we should be each day. Staying at Port en Bessin 1/6 - 7/6. Thanks Richard
arcot1751
I'm booked to go too but as yet have had nothing definite from the MVT regards what's on etc. No doubt as it gets nearer we will get more info but will watch this space in case anyone does have any further details

geoffleese
Here we are Tony - the link appeared today. http://le70e-normandie.fr/event/reconstitution-dun-camp-militaire-anglais-gold-beach-camp/ This is the official "labelisée" 70th anniversary site - worth keeping an eye on as events get added to it, I suggest. Tony B
In our marked up as 'British' Dodge? Yes. The Britsh Army did use them! :cool2: Mind you this time, for reasons you all know, I want to take Katy the WC54. So I'll go 'Tactical' and cover the US markings with Hessian. Anyway!! Nobody queries a J**p in British markings!
Bigsieuk
Hotels and places to stay are the problem now. I tried to find a hotel, B&B in the general area and the closest I could find was 22 miles away from Carentan. John
