skelly
Hi all, thought I'd best say hello. After quite afew years of landrovers I finally am the proud owner of a 1943 Ford GPW. It looks pretty original and all of the panels are stamped with the 'F' , it looks like the body has never been removed as the thin lock nuts are still on and the wood is still inside the hat channels which look quite good. I'm not going to be able to make a start on it for a while as I'm busy racing motorbikes and working on my house but aim to get started before christmas and would like to take my Mum to the victory show in it next year, she doesn't know i have it yet so will be quite a surprise for her. I will get a list together over the next few weeks so I can at least start collecting parts that I will need. Cheers. Skelly.
