gazzaw
Hi Anyone got any contacts or whereabouts I can purchase rectangular door mirrors to replace the round ones on our CMP? These small round ones are useless to see anything behind and only good for shaving with. Gary

ford 369
our series 3 were round , are they not off bigger landys? my 2a has rectangular which is standard, although round were I think fitted to some and I have to say I prefer the look of the round even if you cant see anything behind you
gazzaw
Yep round look better but in interest of safety our wrecker gets driven by different people and would rather they could see than wipe out something changing lanes etc. Just looking for something that looks period and not plastic. LeeEnfield
Can you not make up new (longer)arms, for mirrors. I've had to do that with MW,...two inch longer than 'standard',......and i can see whats behind me,.well as long as its not RIGHT behind. fc101daz
Paul Beck Vintage Supplies sell a rectangular convex mirror almost identical to original CMP pattern. They are available in a brass finish that could be scuffed up to paint them. catalogue number 514 known as Raydot or Desmo type 36. Tony B
Best bet, the BIGGEST mirrors you can find to get to and from, add period on showground. Clip on trailer/caravan mirors are useful.
Degsy
I agree with Tony B on this one and a commercial vehicle factor is definitely your best bet for price and availability, they will usually be able to offer you a good choice.
