Looks like 1"3/8 but would like to verify before I buy as need 2 one long and one short . all the main pipes look to be same size. thanks dan Quote
Grasshopper Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 All the pipe unions are the same size, unfortunately my spanner is locked in my toolbox at work at the moment. Quote

fesm_ndt Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 go to a car boot sale or country fair normally there will be traders selling such items for not alot I concur with this, I got over a 1000 quids worth (based on equivalent Halfords prices) of tools from the Oakington boot sale and better quality. Picked up a few more bits last month whilst in the UK. Always good to have tools with made in Germany or England on them Quote
andym Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 Don't forget fleabay as a source of tools. I've just picked a set of six new combination Hilka spanners for £1.30! Andy Quote
andym Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 what was the postage? £2.50! :-D Andy Quote

Grasshopper Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Hi Dan, looked at my spanner today and one end is 1 1/2 AF and the other end is 1 5/16 AF. Pretty sure its the 1 1/2 AF end that is used on the CVRT hoses. Quote
