Great War truck
Sits this. I think I know what it is, but it has been heavily modified. Too much so to make it worth saving, so it will probably stay where it is.
ArtistsRifles
Looks like a DUKW - or the Soviet equivalent.. What do you think it sir????
Gordon_M
At first glance I thought it might have been an Aqua-Cheetah, but it clearly isn't in the remaining photographs. The marine drive type suggests 1950s rather than 40's too. I'd like to know exactly what it was - given the location probably Soviet ? mcspool
Can't remember the designation, but it is a Soviet engineer's type workboat to erect bridges etc. It has two wheels recessed in the hull sides which swivel down so it can be trailered behind a truck and launched into a river. There is quite a number of these around in the canals of Holland, all migrated here after the fall of the Berlin Wall. H.
