Tony B
Welcome, come on in, the Aussies are busy tiying Kangaroos down, the two Rosie's were last seen heading off to put the world to rights. The Old codgers are still trying to get up the stairs to Jack's new penthouse. Everyone else is probably under something green and oily. lssah2025
Thanks for the kind words, actually thought no one was gonna say "Hello" Pics of the Humber Scout Car: http://www.warwheels.net/humberscout2varga.html I still need to do some minor work on it, install my WS 19, new markings "44th RTR/4th Armoured Brigade", tidy it up, make a new cover for the drive shaft/transmission on the chassis, PLM mount, grab handles, couple of storage boxes on the interior (grenade, sten mag holder, and map board holder) change the mirrors etc. Pics of the 42 FORD Jeep: FOR SALE "Really motivated to sell, it is listed here under vehicles for sale, will work out a heck of a deal if someone is interested, really want a Dingo that I found and need to come up with the funds, shoot me a offer." http://s141.photobucket.com/albums/r77/lssah2025/42%20Ford/?albumview=slideshow http://s141.photobucket.com/albums/r77/lssah2025/42%20Ford/?albumview=grid The Following were from a website that I created, once I left the reenacting unit I turned it over to someone else. lssah2025
The name doesn't ring a bell, does he live in St. Louis, Mo. is he on the list?
Great War truck
Yes, he is in St Louis. I stopped off to see him once. He had a nice Jeep and a Cushman. One of his son's is in the USMC. Where do you get your British stuff from? The Humber is what i am thinking of as that is something quite unusual even over here. lssah2025
Most of my Brit stuff I get from you guys, but some of the bits and bobs I get from Holland, Canada and Belgium. The Humber I got out of Holland, my jeeps are from the states, all of my German stuff was in the states when I acquired it. The A/B trailer was out of Kent. I need to make the W&P show sometime, better bring a lotta cash though, I feel as if I would be a kid in a candy store. There were a lot of disgruntled Brits when they found out that one of the only Humbers not in a museum went to a Yank.

Yes, i can see why that would upset some people, but then again we keep buying up all the Jeep barn finds in the USA and bringin them over here (not pointing any fingers). lssah2025
See that is what I mean, give and take, problem is when the US stuff leaves the US it never returns , but if the Brit stuff leaves the UK, it can return :-D. I am trying to sell one of my jeeps to you guys, we have enough in the states....Someone dangle a carrot, shoot a good offer.... "I know it is a banana and not a carrot, but hey.. Currently in the market for a Landy...found my Dingo...need $$$$$$$$$
