macmullin Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 My name is Dale MacMullin, I am a Canadian, and live in Fredericton, New Brunswick. I am like most of you, I am military enthusiast and love history. I do not collect or restore MVs – I am an artist. I presently work in retail, but many years ago, I earned a Fine Arts Degree from Mount Allison University. With my retirement a just a few years down the road, I would like to grandfather myself back into painting and printmaking. I am in the process of building a new studio in the basement of our home, and I will be soon creating works of art in egg-tempera of WWI & II military and aviation themes. The reason I have joined the HMVF, finding resource materials is the biggest quest for me at this time. I am constantly looking for basic technical drawings of British or CMP soft skin military vehicles and detail photographs (of restorations or basic walk-arounds) - sometimes they are not so easily found as you may think. If any one has technical drawings or photos of their personal WWI or II Military Vehicles - it would be a big help to me and appreciated if they would scan them pass them along. I have made a list below of the kinds of vehicles I am presently looking for: AEC 6x6 2500 Gallon - RAF Refueller AEC Madador 5ton Tractor - Flatbed Albion AM463 Truck - RAF Refueller Albion AM463 Truck & Articulated Trailer Albion AM463 RAF 4x22T - Crane Albion AM463 4x2 30cwt - General Service Albion BY3N Austin K2/Y 2-ton 4x2 - Heavy Ambulance Austin K2 3-ton 4x2 - General Service Austin K3/YF 3-ton 6x4 - General Service Austin K5 - General Service Austin K6 - RAF Crew Coach Austin K6 - Fire Tender Austin K6 - Bomb Flat Austin K6 3-ton 6x4 - General Service Austin K30 Austin G/YG - Utility Bedford QL 4x4 950 Gallon - Refueller Bedford MWD Bedford MWC - Water Tanker Bedford OXD 30-cwt 4x2 - General Service Bedford OYD 3-ton 4x4 - General Service Brockhouse Mk.1 - Fuel Bowser Chev C60 L CMP 3-ton 4x4 - General Service Chev C8 Cab 12 CMP Chev C15A 12 CMP Chev C60 CMP Chev C60X CMP Clayton ShuttleWorth - Tractor Coles Mk.VII 6.3ton - Crane Commer Q2 Van Commer Q4 3-ton 4x2 - General Service Commer Q15 Crossley FWD Q-Series 4x4 - Fire Crash Tender David Brown - Tractor Dodge T-110 L-5 D60L 3-ton 4x2 General Service Ford F15 CWT Ford F60 Ford F60 L CMP Ford F60 H CMP Ford F30 CMP Ford F15 CMP Fordson WOT1 - RAF Ambulance Fordson WOT1 - RAF Crew Coach Fordson WOT1 - Fire Crash Tender Fordson WOT1 - Barrage Balloon & Winch Fordson WOT2 Fordson WOA2 - Staff Car Fordson WOT6 Fordson WOT8 30-cwt 4x2 General Service Fordson RAF N Airfield - Tractor General Motors C60X 3-ton 6x6 - Mobile Workshop Humber Snip - Staff Car Leyland Retriever 6x4 EMA Mk.VI - Crane Leyland Retriever 3-ton 4x2 - General Service Listor Aircraft Truck Morris M Utility Morris C8 Morris CS8 Morris CS8 Radio Van - Wooden Body Morris C4 Mk 2 Radio Van - Steel Body Morris C4 Mk1 Radio Van - Wooden Body Morris CD/SW - Recovery RAF Recovery Queen Mary - Semi Trailor RAF Trolley - Type B Bomb RAF Trolley - Type C Mk III Bomb RAF Trolley - Type D Bomb Cookie RAF Trolley - Grand Slam Bomb RAF Trolley - Torpedo RAF Trolley - Starter or Accumulator (putt-putt) RAF Trolley - Oil Cart Standard Beaverett Standard Tilly 4x2 - Utility Thompson TB3 Petrol & Oil Tender Quote
