Joris Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 Beugny is rather a long way from Ypres and there is plenty to see in the Ypres area.... Quote
Tony B Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 Don't think you'd ever get to see everything there is in the Salient. Take a walk round the walls thats a journey in military history on its own. Quote

poppypiesdad Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 Hooge crater cemetery where my great great uncle is buried. And all of the above it should be in the national curriculum for all school children to visit. Very sad part of the world to visit . Jamie Quote
Tony B Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 Is part of the national curriculum, at the wrong time of year you are falling over school kids. Trouble is ask Steve Mc Guire's son Robby. He knows more about the conflict than the teachers. Quote
