    Awesome aircraft, I seem to remember there is, or was, a cockpit section of one at Sleap airfield near Shrewsbury, can anyone confirm or deny this.

    If I,m looking at the right ones I think the first is a Comet and the second one you refer to is a Valentine DD, (no doubt I will be corrected if need be )

    Came home from Normandy yesterday on the ferry and saw a veteran surrounded by kids, they were totally wrapped in what he was telling them, a great sight.
