    Always remeber the magic words 'At the time of examination' , two minutes later, your on youre own mate! I have seen a car drive up to the MOT staion, as it turned into the pit, the rear axle parted company from the bodywork. I've also had a vehicle tested, drove home in ten minutes, went to stop , and a brake pipe had burst. You can also quite legally DRIVE a failed vehicle from the test to a scarp yard. Never rely on an MOT, always make sure you are happy the vehicle is roadwrthy, then if it goes pear shaped at least you know who to blame.

    Waht a right B****** !! I sympathise, the Psorasis has the delightful side effect of arthritic changes , and there starting. Worth the various fish oils capsules and comfrey and nettle tablets, they work in horses, and they don't lie if it hurts.

    Quite simply, treat as real. Cover when carried, don't flash about and have certificates with you. I'd rather drown them in paperwork there and then. There is an old nomonic to aggrevate a crime take the WIFE, Weapon , Imitation firearm, Firearm, Explosive. Don't Aggrevate!

    At least they don't insist you keep it in 'An Approved cabanit '. Well not yet. :-D What sort of charge do you use in the recoiless though? Don't they use a special case to back bleed the gas for the recoiless effect? PS anyone know where a 6 pounder is, or even a 2 pounder? Look very good behind a Dodge.

    That seems to be ths daft part of the legislation. If any De Ac is 'Easy' to reconvert, why allow them in the first place? I belive it is supposed not to be 'Easy' with hand tools. But if some little Oik can make a gun out of gas pipe, a stable bolt and a couple of rubber bands, surley that is a case for encouraging 'replicas' that can never be used to fire anything?
