  2. I know "Black Ops Co Kandahar" were tailors in Afghan and there is a bit you can find on them on the internet but i have never heard of this company before

  4. I have dug out what i believe to be a GPMG sling. Looking online GPMG slings all seem to have a padded bit in the middle, this does not have that which makes me question if it is or not. Is this for a GPMG or something else? I also am considering selling it if anyone is interested Thanks Martyn

    i dont know all the differences but the main one is that the mark ones dont have the holes for a rear fender. One the mark1s i think there was a piece of twisted metal just behind the seat pole but on the mk2s there was a straight piece of metal with 2 holes Mk1 Contract number: 294/23/S789, WD numbers: C4658474 to C4659686 , Frame numbers: 14 to 1213 Mk2 Series 1 and 2 Contract numbers 294/23/S1649 and 294/23S1946, WD Numbers C5152014 to C5154654, Frame Numbers: 1214 to 3954. These are the main differences i know of that are obvious

  10. i saw one at a car boot several years ago. i was told then it was for civilians in hostile areas like news teams and other non military people. not sure if it is true though, i never bought it

  14. A nice old RAF blazer badge. Quite an interesting history to the squadron. Came with a few photos and documents but nothing else really relevant.   17. I love artwork on jackets, not yet the owner of one but theres quite a nice one on ebay, not sure if its been done as a repro or in memory of the squadron.   21. possibly a snorkel? The bonnet seems quite raised at the rear as connected to air filter?
