  1. a few pics of the inside of m32 pretty dire as it has been full of water and lots of it misssing
  2. good day had by all today , got every thing working on m74 and cured the oil leak , loose pipe connection so not as bad as originaly thought and also solved the problem i had with main winch , would power in but not out , turns out the brake band and ratchet had seized up,stripped cleaned oiled at all works well so put it all back together in next couple of weeks ready for the 20th,last thing to get is a new set of fan belts as it shredded the old ones at its last outing,and it was nice to meet a couple of hmvf members today,hope you enjoyed it and feel free to post some pics,next weekend we will be off to lincolnshire to pick up johns antar with the amazon outfit

  8. yes it has all fully reconditioned,just needs the fuel pump to finish,the rest of it is in a pretty sorry state so it will not be running anytime soon

  12. if you look they have got crossed chains with ajusters on, they fit 4 chains on each end now for safety
  13. finally got back to the old girl after a month out and got the lifting boom fixed back in place and working.next on agender was taking off the top plate and start to strip all the floor plates out to get to the lifting winch as its got to come out to repair the leaking pipe on main winch , bit of a job as all the screws are seized solid but persivearence and the jobs done, next week to lift out the lifting winch which is now made easier by the arrival of not 1 but 2 foden 6x6 recovery trucks, bigger lifting capacity is much appreiceated which are now part of the reme collection
  14. 20th of november the conqueror will be making an appearence on slab common at awdc heavies event after two dissapionting no shows it will be there this time
  15. we will be going to get it back on sat 12th of november will post pictures then but its probably going to be in a state as its been outside for years
  16. try earthing the headlights to the body as i have found in past that the connecters that earth the headlights do not work at there optimum after years of corrosion , it should cure the problem as the normal h/lamp earths run to a common point with all from front end and the dash

  18. try tipping some boiling water down the outside of cable as it expands it creates a gap between the casing and inner cable , being under pressure it will help it force through
  19. they are quite plentiful here and there are tens of thousands avalible from eastern block countries
