I am just filling in the forms for the trip to Uxbridge and still need details from those wishing to attend,I have details for David Ives and daughter ans Nick Johns plus 2 but need names nationalities and vehicle reg numbers for all others wishing to visit,I will be sending the form saturday morning so any details not on the form then will not be able to be added after this date nad Uxbridge were quite emphatic that anyone not on the list would not be admitted

I have been looking forward to 2012 since Jack agreed to it,the only thing I may have to change from last year is my tent I think it is time to get away from the Brit 2 man job and move into one of Jacks officers tents ,at least I can keep my bike in there with me
there are stories of a buried sherman about 3 miles from where I live which apparently sunk into the mud and was eventually covered over to make way for parking spaces
there were a few of us bikers in the back of the dodge saturday night, me (nigel stevenson) andy port ,kit harvey and richard(jeep)

might be worth trying the ww2 reenactors forum,2 groups spring to mind straight away as being fairly local,the Essex regt living history group amd the Queens Royal Rifles who have a connection with Hendon
just down the road in Rickmansworth is the same,drivers have no idea ,I stopped my land rover and gave a woman in a new BMW a push and once she got going she stopped again to thank me!

tha coverage is in the january edition of the mag mate ,if your local smiths is anything like mine they always seem to get mags several weeks after the official publication date
