ArtistsRifles
Any one fancy a (replica) blast from the past?? C&C Military Services have a replica WW1 tank up for grabs - built for the fim "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" it's based on a Centurion AVRE and can be yours for a mere £25,000!! sirhc
Looks like it. I remember the Beltring one had Centurion Hush Puppy tracks on it too. Chris
Meteor mark 4B
......sounds like the ruination of a perfectly good Cent AVRE to me.......
Enigma
Here is the one at Beltring.
sirhc
I imagine they must have used 2 sets of tracks to make it long enough to go over the top like that? Pity about the Cent, but there seem to be more Cent recovery vehicles knocking about than any other variant. Chris

Meteor mark 4B
Re Cent. Some years back, about 2000 I guess, I did a register of all Cents, and variants, still left in the UK. It totalled a few over 100 at the time I stopped. Quite surprising really. This register included 5 operational Beach ARVs which have now been decommissioned, and 6 normal ARVs on Lulworth ranges, which are I imagine by now shot to bits.
