N.O.S. Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 Received photo confirmation that Catweazle is making steady progress - despite losing the outboard off the back....... Quote
Grasshopper Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 :rofl::rofl: Thats why his bath is always full of beans....and i thought it was just a charity stunt! Quote
Richard Farrant Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 By chance I had just been looking at the race website. The boat that he was helping with, Gee, was leading the Historic class, with its new Cummins engines, but apparantly they lost 2 hours, rescuing a fellow racer, so at the halfway stage are in 2nd place. No mention of Catweazle though...........probably run out of red diesel now and having to row it :-D Quote
Grasshopper Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 That would explain why he hasn't fixed my 110 yet. Quote
Lauren Child Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 :rofl::rofl: Thats why his bath is always full of beans....and i thought it was just a charity stunt! That explains the propulsion now that he's lost the outboard. Don't stand downwind. Quote
Grasshopper Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 And I thought i was hearing a foghorn.... Quote

Richard Farrant Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 Ha ruddy ha!Guess who? Hi CW, That looks to be off Southsea, is that you accelerating away? Or did it blow up  So what did you do at Falmouth? I hope you did not load it on a lorry to get it to Pembroke Dock. Quote
Grasshopper Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 I think thats the "calling card" of CW's boat when he leans on the go stick. Quote
Nick Johns Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 That would explain why he hasn't fixed my 110 yet. You nearly lost it... it was parked next to the scrap pile and the scrappy assumed it was to go too Quote
Stormin Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 I think thats the "calling card" of CW's boat when he leans on the go stick. He won't be going up the Thames into the new low emission zone then! Quote
Snapper Posted June 27, 2008 Posted June 27, 2008 I can't get the theme music to Captain Pugwash out of my head. Quote
