I started doing it because I like the idea of models like Meng toons but was very frustrated that there was no consistent scale to them, and that they didn’t have any crews to go with them either. I started making my own stuff to fix this problem and call them ToonKrieg. Obviously, the proportions are very different than realistically proportioned stuff, so It’s hard to be exact on the scale since they are cartoons. They are however very close in height to 28mm, so that is what I call them. If you like them let me know and I will continue showing them to you.
